We have no control over how you use or care for any product you purchase. Therefore we do not guarantee how long an item will serve you. You must exercise good sense in how you use and care for your product for maximum service.

Correctly Fitting Footwear
We make the footwear to fit the information you provide. You must provide us with accurate measurements and tracings if you want your footwear to fit you. We have made custom footwear for 40+ years and our record of making well-fitting footwear speaks for itself by the number of happy customers, repeat customers and the many recommendations given for our products.
Estimated Delivery Time
We custom make to order all footwear, accoutrements, knapsacks, haversacks, belts and other gear we sell right here in our shop in Neosho. We start each item AFTER you commission and pay for us to make your custom made item(s) for you. We do not simply buy cheaply made good from overseas and resale them. So please remember, Custom Made items take time to create. But the resulting products are far superior to the mass produced products that ship immediately. Delivery times can vary from a few weeks to a few months depending on how many orders are ahead of you, what you have ordered and raw materials, such as our leathers, arriving when promised.

Delivery times will vary depending on how many orders are already in when your order is received. If you must have your items by a given date contact us BEFORE ORDERING.
We will give you our best estimate of delivery time but we can not guarantee that date for many factors can impact time required to complete an order. These factors include but are not limited to number of orders already in line, how many new orders come between you asking and ordering, raw materials arriving on time and other factors beyond our control can delay orders. But we do promise to provide you with the most honest assessment possible of our abilities to meet your time line.
Notification of Shipment
When your order ships you will receive an email from the U.S. Postal Service at the email address you provided us with when placing your order. Watch your email for that notice for that is the only notice you will receive your order has shipped. This email notice will provide you the date your order ships and a tracking number you may use at usps.com to track your inbound package. After you do the first tracking on your package you may request the postal service send you free future updates by text or email. They will even alert you the day your package goes out on your mail route for delivery
Packages In Transit
We are not responsible for postal delays caused by weather or other disruptions of postal service. All packages are fully insured until the driver delivers the package to the address you provide. After the drives walks away the insurance ends so we highly suggest you watch for the postal email with the tracking ID number and request the free updates be sent to you. This way you will know the day it is out on your mail route for deliver and you can watch for it to arrive. Should your package be lost in transit we will work with you to either locate the package or to file a claim.
