Our Boyd & Son Pattern 1861 .58 Caliber Rifled Musket Box is made of top grade leather. It is
hand sewn with hand waxed linen thread. It is hand sewn to the same stitches per inch as the original Boyd & Son Cartridge Boxes. The period finish is hand applied to finish out the box. Each Cartridge Box is a faithful copy of its original counterpart.
The distinctive oval shaped Boyd & Son makers mark is stamped on the inside flap as was the original boxes were. Th Cartridge Box comes complete with the tins at no extra charge.
