The Pattern 1839 Boyd & Son Cartridge Box is made to be carried on a shoulder belt only. The box is hand sewn with hand waxed linen thread and made of top grade leather. Our Boyd & Sons Reproduction Cartridge Box has our painstakingly reproduced Boyd Markers Mark on the inside tool pouch flap just as the original Boyd & Sons Cartridge Boxes. The period finish is hand applied to finish out the box. The hardware is of period correct materials and design. Our reproduction boxes are faithful copies of the original 1839 Boyd and Sons Boston Pattern 1839 Cartridge Box.
